Kurt M. Varricchio is the founding partner of the 
 firm.  His areas of expertise include business law and 
 litigation, intellectual property (copyright and trademark),
 trade secrets/misappropriation, construction
 law, contract law, complex civil litigation and sports and
 entertainement law.  Never one to acquiesce to
 unreasonable demands, Kurt has successfully engaged
 in more than 600 mediations and negotiations over the
 last eight years, saving or gaining his clients millions 
 of dollars.  Although the vast majority of Kurt's time is
 spent at the negotiating table, he has also litigated
 cases in both State and Federal Court.

Kurt was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida and graduated from the Florida State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Upon graduation from the Florida State University, Kurt attended the University of Texas at Austin and obtained a Masters of Education in Sports Management and Administration in 1995. After working with the NFL's Kansas City Chiefs (1995-1996) and while working with MLB's San Diego Padres (1996 - 2002), Kurt completed law school at the University of San Diego and was admitted to practice law in California in 2002.

Although Kurt's professional background has focused on sports, entertainment and law, he spends a great deal of time lecturing to at-risk youth about developing objectives and pursuing personal, professional and spiritual goals. Kurt has also served as a guest lecturer on various legal topics for the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, the University of San Diego School of Law and  Saddleback Junior College in Orange County.

Kurt is licensed to practice in all State Courts in California as well as the US District Court for the Southern District of California, the US District Court for the Central District of California and the US District Court for the Northern District of California.  In addition to his role as an attorney, Kurt also serves as a founding partner of Full Circle Sports Management LLC, an athlete representation firm based in Orange County, California.
